About
I started as a ‘Mac Operator’ in the early 90's for a small printing firm and then moved to working in two small-medium design/print houses in Auckland (1991-2002) before moving south to Cambridge. For two years I started and managed a small design business with clients in Cambridge and Hamilton (2002-2004) before heading overseas.
At the height of my career I worked in London as a contractor for 6 years (2004-2010) with roles covering 1-2 days work, to 2 years. Two of my main Creative Artworker employments were Marks & Spencer, and Pentagram. Outside of these companies I was contracted to a wide range of London based design houses with roles in financial reports, annual plans, brochures, brand guidelines, packaging design layout, map illustrations and photoshop image work.
On returning to New Zealand I graduated in a Bachelors Degree in Natural Health, and started my own business (The Good Health Room). Alongside hours as a Naturopath, I designed all marketing material for my company – logo, webpage, stationery, forms, blogs, info articles, Instagram, and Facebook.
During these years I have continued to offer my design skills for various people/companies needing branding, web design, signage, and stationery.
